Regular Visits

A typical office visit starts with a NUCCA examination to determine whether or not you are holding your alignment.
If it is determined that you are misaligned or on your way out of alignment, a NUCCA spinal correction follows. If you are maintaining your spinal alignment, the doctor may discuss supportive therapies (diet, therapeutic exercises, etc) with you if he thinks they may be of benefit.
Maintaining Your Alignment
On some visits there is nothing else necessary but to verify that you are in alignment. The benefits are greatest when your alignments stabilize and you maintain them for weeks and months apart.
If your spine has been re-adjusted on follow up visits, it is highly recommended that you rest 10-15 minutes after the NUCCA re-alignment.
Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
